Novant Illumix pigments are extremely stable, with brilliant afterglow and a service life of over 50 years, making them suitable for an array of outdoor and indoor applications.
Illumix photoluminescent pigment powders are capable of absorbing natural & artificial light sources, and once excited even at short wavelength of under 450nm, will gradually and continuously release absorbed energy as visible light even in total darkness. Upon excitation, Illumix pigments can produce an initial brilliance of as high as 10740mcd/m2.
